Community: TCC hires Nevins as VP, CFO

Tulsa Community College has hired Jeff Nevins to serve as vice president and chief financial officer.

Nevins will oversee the financial operations, facilities, human resources, purchasing and information technology areas for the college and develop and implement TCC’s annual budget.

Nevins most recently worked for The Williams Cos. Inc. in many leadership positions, including VP of strategic planning, VP of corporate development and director of finance and analysis. He has also served as VP and chief financial officer for Williams International operations.

ClearRidge Capital promotes Graham

ClearRidge Capital has promoted Patrick Graham to director.

Prior to joining ClearRidge, Graham worked for Trigon Group, a European investment banking boutique headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

Before completing his master’s and moving to Poland, Graham worked in corporate finance with Level 3 Communications in Tulsa. There, he was responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for a multitude of business units and product lines.

Arvest hires Handcock, Sims

Arvest Bank has hired Erik Handcock and Patti Sims as vice president, client adviser and investment specialist in Arvest’s asset management division.

In their new positions, Handcock and Sims will be responsible for investment counseling and retirement planning. Handcock will be located at Arvest’s 4301 S. Garnett Road branch, while Sims will be located at Arvest’s 1730 S. Elm St. branch in Broken Arrow.

Handcock received a professional designation as a chartered retirement planning councilor.

Sims has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. She has the designation of certified financial planner.

Crowe & Dunlevy names practice group co-chairs

Crowe & Dunlevy named directors Malcolm Rosser and Anton Rupert co-chairs of its construction law practice group.

The group handles issues related to property acquisition and financing, construction contract negotiation, drafting and administration, bid processes and disputes, building permits, zoning and land use.

Rosser will work in the law firm’s Tulsa office. He joined Crowe & Dunlevy as a director in 1992. His practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, finance and lending, zoning and land use, leasing and loan workouts.
