Hogan Assessment Systems, a Tulsa-based international authority in personality assessment and leadership development, has released Hogan ThinkBox.

Developed in conjunction with learning solutions provider ThinkWise Inc., Hogan ThinkBox is an online learning resource that incorporates results from the Hogan Personality Inventory and Hogan Development Survey.

Hogan ThinkBox offers a new, informal learning environment that gives organizations using the Hogan assessments resources to enhance learning and provide a hands-on personalized experience. Additionally, the resource provides a cost-effective way to extend Hogan-based training, enabling HR managers to increase training effectiveness by distilling expertise into hundreds of development resources.
