Tulsa-based Skycam signs a multi-year contract to provide services for ESPN.

Specific terms of the agreement, which covers a number of sports including ESPN’s broadcasts of Monday Night Football, were not disclosed.

Skycam is owned and operated by Outdoor Channel Holdings Inc. and is a leader in aerial cameras.

The continuation of a long-term relationship between ESPN and Skycam is a testament to Skycam’s technological capabilities by providing camera angles that put viewers in the heart of the action, the company said Nic Salomon, Skycam president.

“We feel ESPN’s choice in Skycam is recognition of Skycam’s commitment to excellence in safety, service, and technical innovation,” Salomon said.
